Happy Valentines Day

Exhibited as part of the group show 'Matters of the Heart' at Lewisham Arthouse in February 2009. A footballer strides boldly onto a bed, at the far end of which is perched a scantily clad woman, her hand placed casually on one hip. A soldier, a sailor and an academic form a queue behind the footballer, seemingly waiting in line to visit the woman. A wedding ring is left temporarily abandoned behind the bed - the woman's or one of the male visitors' perhaps? Happy Valentine's Day...
